Being healthy and happy is a goal we all struggle to achieve. As a nation of fast paced life styles, demanding jobs and busy families our health and fitness often get pushed to the bottom of our priority list. However, this should be at the top! When we are fueling with healthy foods, moving our bodies to keep blood flowing and strengthening our muscles, joints and bones we will feel more energized for those busy tasks. Keeping a healthy lifestyle will also lower our risks of illness and disease. Finding time to exercise is the first step. We all vary in what activities we enjoy, to stay conisistent in fitness we must like what we do. You may not always have time to make that workout, but you always have time to eat right, and not make poor diet choices. With over twenty years of fitness experience and seven years of racing in triathlons, mountains and roads I have learned a lot and enjoy sharing my experiences and joys with others. Fitness is fun!
